Report an accessibility barrier
If you cannot access content, complete a transaction, or use assistive technology on Trustners, contact our team. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology if known.
Or use our Contact page for general inquiries.
1. Our commitment
Trustners("Trustners," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing digital experiences that are accessible to people with diverse abilities. We believe escrow and payment protection should be usable by buyers, sellers, brokers, and business users regardless of disability, assistive technology, or device.
Accessibility is integrated into how we design, build, test, and maintain our public website, account flows, transaction workflows, and core application experiences.
2. Scope
This Accessibility Statement applies to:
- escrowbolt.com and related marketing properties
- Account registration, login, and verification flows
- Consumer and business transaction setup, funding, and release workflows
- Support, contact, and policy pages hosted by Trustners
- Core authenticated application areas under Trustners's direct control
Third-party services linked from our platform — including payment processors, identity vendors, carriers, and partner integrations — maintain their own accessibility practices. Where those services are embedded in a transaction, we work with vendors to reduce barriers where practicable.
3. Standards and conformance
Trustners aims to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), where practicable for our website and core product flows.
We also consider relevant requirements under:
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (United States), where applicable to our federal-facing or government-related use cases
- The European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549, where applicable to services offered in the European Union
- Applicable national accessibility laws in jurisdictions where we operate
Conformance status: Trustners is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Known limitations are described in Section 7 of this statement.
4. Accessibility measures
We take the following measures to support accessibility:
- Include accessibility considerations in design reviews and product planning
- Apply semantic HTML, labels, headings, and focus management in user interfaces
- Test key flows with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader tooling
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and interactive controls where feasible
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful non-text content
- Train product, design, and engineering teams on accessibility fundamentals
- Review customer-reported barriers and prioritize remediations
- Evaluate third-party components and vendors for accessibility risk
5. Accessibility features
Depending on the page or workflow, Trustners supports features such as:
5.1 Keyboard access
- Keyboard-navigable links, buttons, and form fields on core public pages
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements in supported interfaces
- Logical tab order in primary navigation and common forms
5.2 Screen readers and semantics
- Page titles and heading structure on marketing and policy content
- Labels associated with form inputs in supported registration and enquiry flows
- ARIA attributes and live regions in selected interactive components
5.3 Visual design
- Text resizing through standard browser zoom without loss of core functionality on most pages
- Color contrast targets aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA for primary text and controls
- Use of text labels in addition to color to convey status where practicable
5.4 Documents and media
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images on public pages
- Transcripts or captions for select video content where provided
- Structured policy and help content designed for readable typography
5.5 Forms and errors
- Clear field labels and required-field indicators in supported forms
- Error messages associated with inputs where technically supported
- Support channels for users who need assistance completing a transaction
6. Assistive technology compatibility
Trustners is designed to work with modern browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, including recent versions of:
- NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver screen readers
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom up to 200% on supported pages
- Operating system accessibility settings such as reduced motion where honored
For the best experience, we recommend using an up-to-date browser and the latest version of your assistive technology.
7. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the Services may present accessibility barriers. Known limitations may include:
- Legacy or third-party embedded flows not fully under Trustners's control
- Complex data tables, charts, or transaction timelines under active improvement
- PDF or document uploads submitted by users, which may not be accessible
- Some marketing imagery, icons, or partner logos with limited alternative text
- Mobile experiences that are still being optimized for all assistive technology combinations
- Live chat, telephony, or video support channels that may require alternative assistance
We maintain an internal remediation backlog and work to resolve issues based on severity, user impact, and technical feasibility.
8. Third-party content and integrations
Trustners integrates with payment providers, identity verification services, shipping carriers, and other partners. Those services may present interfaces, documents, or authentication steps outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier in a third-party step of a transaction, contact us and we will help route the issue and explore alternatives where possible.
9. Feedback and assistance
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Trustners. If you experience a barrier, need information in an alternative format, or require assistance completing a transaction, please contact us with:
- The page URL or product area where you encountered the issue
- A description of the problem
- Your browser, operating system, and assistive technology (if applicable)
- Your preferred contact method for follow-up

10. Formal complaints and enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to escalate your concern under applicable law. In the United States, users may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or relevant state accessibility authority. In the European Union, users may contact national equality or consumer protection bodies responsible for accessibility enforcement.
We will cooperate in good faith with lawful requests and seek to resolve complaints promptly.
11. Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically audit key experiences, remediate reported issues, and incorporate accessibility into our design system and engineering standards. This statement will be updated as our conformance status, features, or known limitations change.
12. Statement preparation
This statement was prepared on July 3, 2026. It was last reviewed on July 3, 2026. Trustners used a combination of internal review, automated scanning, manual testing of representative user flows, and customer feedback to assess accessibility.
